# Dashboard
> See your staff, customers, homes and shifts at a glance
The Dashboard is the first page you see when you sign in. It gives you a summary of your organization's activity.
## Summary cards
The top cards show totals for your organization:
* **Revenue (This Month)** - Income for the current month
* **Active Staff** - Staff members marked as active
* **Active Customers** - Customers marked as active
* **Active Homes** - Homes marked as active
* **Shifts This Week** - Shifts scheduled for the current week
* **Pending Shifts** - Shifts that still need attention
* **Upcoming (7 Days)** - Shifts starting in the next seven days
## Shifts per day
The chart shows how many shifts fall on each day of the week. Use it to spot busy and quiet days before you plan staffing.
## Pending shifts
The list on the right shows shifts waiting for action, with the staff member and the time of the shift. Select a shift to open it.
The figures you see depend on your role. If a card is missing, you may not have permission to view that area.
