Editing Team Member Profile Details
Those setup with Admin permissions can edit a team member’s profile details when applicable via the Team Member Directory.

1. Click Teams below Org from the Navigation Menu.
The Team Member Directory is now displayed.
2. Click the Team Member card from the Team Member Directory.
3. Review their contact details inside the Edit Profile panel.
4. Edit the following fields where necessary then click Update Profile.

Role | The user-level for access to perform different tasks in RotaPad: User: General user permissions to perform basic functions. Admin: Perform basic functions, as well as administer user permissions. | User |

Active | Enable to ensure user can log into the platform. Only disable this option if a team member is no longer with your organization. | Enabled |

Reset Password | Enable only if you have to create a new password for team member and provide it to them. Note: A system e-mail is sent to the team member’s email, which contains their new password. They can change their new password via their profile once they log into the platform. | 12345 |
