Filtering in Months or Days Views

The Months or Days views let you filter instances based on team members who have signed-up for them. Use Filters to easily narrow-down attendees, particularly in cases where you have multiple names listed for an instance for easier tracking.

1. Click Months or Days below Calendar from the Navigation Menu.

2. Click Filters to open the Filter field.

3. Click x beside the specific team member names to remove them from the view.

Tip: Click X beside the drop-down arrow in the Filter field to clear all names from the view and only display a specific team member name from the drop-down list.

The filter is now applied and only the selected team members appear in the view’s instances.

4. Click Filters to close the Filter field.
