Managing Instances
Instances are any events, work shifts, or other opportunities where team members can sign-up for with your company to perform work or attend out of interest. These can only be created by team members who are setup with Admin permissions in the platform.
Instances may be updated at any time to remove team members signed-up for them; instances may also be deleted when required.
Creating an Instance
Create a new instance for team members to sign-up for with your organization.

1. Click Months below Calendar from the Navigation Menu.
The Months view is now displayed.
2. Click the + Add Shift card.
A blank event card is now created with the current date shown inside of it.
3. Click Edit Shift icon at the bottom of the blank event card.
4. Fill out the following fields then click Update Shift.

Title | The instance name tied to the shift, event or other opportunity | Night Shift |
Description | Enter relevant details about the instance. | This is a night shift. |
The newly created instance is now updated with the relevant details.
Editing an Instance
Edit an instance created to update any relevant details where applicable.

1. Click Months below Calendar from the Navigation Menu.
The Months view is now displayed.
2. Click Edit Shift icon at the bottom of the event card.
3. Fill out the following fields then click Update Shift.

The instance is now updated.
Deleting an Instance
Delete an instance when the shift, event, or opportunity is no longer needed for your company. When an instance is deleted, it cannot be restored and must be created again from scratch.

1. Click Months below Calendar from the Navigation Menu.
The Months view is now displayed.
2. Click Delete Shift icon at the bottom of the event card.
3. Click Delete from the Delete Shift Confirmation window.
The instance is now deleted and no longer available.
