Reviewing Absences and Availability Data
Use Absences to easily see team member availability across selected months. This provides better insights to plan out big projects and scopes of work, as well as minimize scheduling conflicts where team members are unavailable or lack capacity. You can also review past months for absence and availability data.

Reviewing Absences Data
Absence data is broken down across various reasons. They are colour-coded accordingly to make it easier to distinguish absence reasons for a selected month and date.
1. Click Absences below Schedule from the Navigation Menu.
2. Click Previous Month or Next Month.
3. Hover over the selected date to see a breakdown of absence and availability data.
4. Click Filters to narrow-down data to specific team members.
Reviewing Scheduled Leave
Scheduled leave is any time away from office for any reasons such as:
- Working Remotely
- Personal Time Off
- Vacation
- Time Lieu
- Etc.
1. Click Absences below Schedule from the Navigation Menu.
2. Review the Scheduled Leaves panel to see team members with scheduled leave and the specific dates.
Tip: Tags (i.e. Personal Time Off) shown beside team member name indicate the reason for scheduled leave.
