</Frame>

## Choose a view

Use the tabs at the top of the page:

* **Calendar** - See shifts laid out by day
* **List** - See shifts in a table, one row per shift
* **Shifts Summary** - Create a summary of shifts as a PDF

## Find a shift

1. Click **Shifts** in the sidebar under **Operations**.
2. Type a staff member, home or customer name in the search box.
3. Use the date filter to choose the period to view. The default is **This week**.

## Read the list

Each row shows:

* **Date** - The day of the shift
* **Staff** - The staff member assigned
* **Home** and **Customer** - Where the shift takes place
* **Shift type** - The type of shift
* **Status** - Where the shift is in its lifecycle
* **Hours** - Length of the shift

<Tip>
  If a shift looks wrong, check the staff, home and customer first. Those are the most common causes of mismatched hours.
