Managing Customers

Update customer information, view their homes, and manage their status.

View Customer List

Navigate to Customers to see all your customer profiles. The list shows:
  • Customer name
  • Number of homes
  • Active/inactive status
  • Recent activity

Edit Customer Details

  1. Click on a customer from the list
  2. Update any information:
    • Name
    • Address
    • Contact details
  3. Click Save

View Customer Homes

From the customer detail page:
  1. Click the Homes tab
  2. See all locations associated with this customer
  3. Click on a home to edit its details

Deactivate Customer

To mark a customer as inactive:
  1. Open the customer profile
  2. Toggle Active status to off
  3. Save changes
Deactivating a customer will not delete their data or prevent you from viewing historical timesheets and invoices.

Search and Filter

Use the search bar to:
  • Find customers by name
  • Filter by active/inactive status
  • Sort by most recent activity

Create additional service locations
