The Dashboard is the first page you see when you sign in. It gives you a summary of your organization’s activity.
Summary cards
The top cards show totals for your organization:
- Revenue (This Month) - Income for the current month
- Active Staff - Staff members marked as active
- Active Customers - Customers marked as active
- Active Homes - Homes marked as active
- Shifts This Week - Shifts scheduled for the current week
- Pending Shifts - Shifts that still need attention
- Upcoming (7 Days) - Shifts starting in the next seven days
Shifts per day
The chart shows how many shifts fall on each day of the week. Use it to spot busy and quiet days before you plan staffing.
Pending shifts
The list on the right shows shifts waiting for action, with the staff member and the time of the shift. Select a shift to open it.
The figures you see depend on your role. If a card is missing, you may not have permission to view that area.
